This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no third-party scripts. It does not collect or store your data.

Who is responsible for your data

If you contact us by phone, e-mail or WhatsApp, your data (name, phone number, e-mail address, message and any photos) is processed by Davanzali Piotr Klich (NIP 993-070-21-32) together with Zakład Obróbki Drewna Klich Rafał (NIP 873-107-50-57), ul. o. Franciszka Kaweckiego 21, 33-113 Zbylitowska Góra, Poland, e-mail davanzali@onet.pl — only to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote and carry out the order (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

Enquiry form

The form on this site sends nothing to any server. When you press a button it prepares a message in your e-mail app or in WhatsApp — you decide whether to send it. The 3D configurator description is attached only if you tick that option.

Browser storage

The site remembers the colour theme you chose (light or dark) in your browser’s storage (localStorage). It is not a cookie and is never sent to us.

Hosting

The site is served by Cloudflare, Inc. Cloudflare servers may technically log IP addresses and browser data to keep the service secure and working.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability and to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych). We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle the enquiry or order and as required by law.
